Junior Technical Analyst
Description
Help Desk Support Analyst for a call center management software company. Candidate will handle mostly phone and email support for corporate clients. Responsibilities will also include supporting internal staff with various hardware, software, printer and peripheral problems. Occasional project design and setup for clients may also be performed.
Requirements
A clear, pleasant and professional phone demeanor. Candidate must posses exemplary communication skills and be able to handle pressure situations. Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills are required. Strong technical support skills, including: Installation and configuration of standard hardware and software packages on a desktop and server level. Candidate should have working knowledge of Windows 98/NT/2000/XP, some networking, and a general knowledge of databases (i.e. Access/SQL). Experience with Crystal Reports, Web Servers/Applications, and/or Remote Access software (i.e. PC Anywhere) a plus.
