Our initial training was vital to the successful implementation of our Salvage Project.   Digisoft sent a certified trainer to our location to perform a comprehensive three-day Telescript training seminar. They tailored the sessions to our specific needs, enabling us to develop our initial project while they were still on-site. This initial project has gone through several revisions with the assistance of the Digisoft Technical Support Group.

As the project has grown, I have contacted Digisoft for technical support whenever I have encountered an obstacle I could not surpass. During each interaction, I received excellent customer service and issues have been addressed in a timely manner. On occasion, after reviewing our application, no resolution was reached because the issue was on our end. When we purchased our predictive dialer, I immediately compared it to other dialers I had worked with during the past seven years. I was encouraged by their on-site technician to document my requests as Digisoft constantly looks to improve their product. I requested approximately ten major design changes. When we recently upgraded from telephony server 4, to telephony server 6, I was happy to see that almost all of my requests were incorporated into the new product.

Additionally, Digisoft is sensitive to my needs as a customer. We have a client who is VERY worried about the recent do-not-call laws. They have required that we utilize "TeleBlock" with our long distance carrier and that we have a separate T1 span dedicated to calling their projects. When we upgraded to telephony server 6, the new dialer management tool automatically assigned the lines (one of my feature requests). This was a great improvement, however I still required the ability to over-ride the automatic assignment for these calls. My client scheduled an audit and we quickly needed this fixed - immediately following a holiday weekend. We made a format request of Digisoft on Friday afternoon, and we had a new dialer management tool by Monday evening, in time for our audit.
