Digisoft, Artisoft and Calltrol Announce a New Single Server Solution

January 12, 2004, (New York, NY and Cambridge, MA) - Digisoft Computers, Inc., developers of Telescript™, a leading contact center management software application and Artisoft®, Inc., (OTC: ASFT), developer of the first software-based phone system and Calltrol Corporation, developer of Convergence Friendly® telephony for contact centers, today announced the availability of a single platform, integrated predictive dialer and software-based phone switch solution.

Integrating the award-winning Telescript 5.5™ and TeleVantage® 5.0, with Calltrol’s Telephony Server™ provides an exceptional platform for service bureaus, collection and other financial call centers, service desks, help desks and remote technicians. This strategic relationship, formed under Artisoft's Open Communication Alliance, enables all three partners to promote the solution through their respective distribution channels.

The joint predictive dialing solution enables Artisoft customers to utilize their existing hardware and software components in their current TeleVantage systems. The Call Center Server solution transforms the PBX into a complete call center application, able to handle inbound, outbound predictive dialing or a blended environment. Clients are capable of systematically managing all phone interactions through a single console with a full suite of integrated functions.

The predictive dialing software, supplied by Calltrol, controls the outbound dialing and answer detection through TeleVantage. Calltrol uses twenty separate factors during each calling decision to accurately predict both the answer rate and agent availability for each call. The implementation, compliant with state and federal regulations, enables you to fine tune calling for each campaign.
