Digisoft Releases Telescript™ Version 5.6

February 3, 2005, (New York, NY) Digisoft Computers, Inc., developers of Telescript™, a leading call center management software solution, today announced the release of Telescript™ 5.6. The new version includes increased integration with MS Outlook®, additional Do Not Call list capability and telephony server enhancements designed to improve automated outbound dialing productivity.

Designed to operate with a myriad of products, new integration with MS Outlook® enables callbacks that are set in Telescript to automatically appear in the Outlook® calendar with reminders set. This provides added assurance that callbacks are properly handled in a timely manner.

Increased Do Not Call capability within the application now enables the call center to disqualify an entire exchange rather than importing each number individually. Telescript can now expand the list from a single exchange to include all numbers within the exchange for the Do Not Call queries.

Advanced telephony server and predictive dialer capabilities such as automated messaging options are designed to increase overall call center and agent productivity. Telescript now offers the ability to both play a message a component of the call with the agent remaining on the line as well as using the message to conclude a call, enabling the agent to proceed to the next call, saving precious seconds for each agent on each call.
