Database Mode

This method is most typically used for business-to-business calling, where you want to provide agents the most flexibility in deciding whom to call. With this method, each agent sees the database record, and can choose to flip through all his records, and to dial whom and when he desires.

Super-Dialing

Unique to Telescript, Super-Dialing is the industry's most advanced method of outbound calling without special hardware. This method increases agent productivity by automatically scheduling/rescheduling calls and sending them to the appropriate agent at the optimal time. Super-Dialing prioritizes records in a queue, brings up the appropriate record at the proper time, supports multiple callers simultaneously and dials/hangs-up the phone automatically, eliminating unnecessary delay between calls.

Predictive Dialing

Predictive Dialing is a system of outbound calling which calls without the caller on the line. This means that the system automatically dials the phone, listens and when the system detects a live "hello," the system automatically sends the call to the waiting agent. The dialer in effect dials many numbers automatically, checking each number for a live "hello" or for another call disposition. If the call is busy, no answer, not working, etc., then the dialer either discards or reschedules the call, and then dials another number. The dialer can therefore dial many numbers, even while all available agents are talking. The dialer anticipates when the next agent will be available, and when the next "hello" will be detected.
