Support & Maintenance Plan
Digisoft's call center Support and Maintenance Plan Includes:
- All regular software updates at no additional charge.
- Telephone technical support during designated plan hours.
- Email technical support during designated plan hours.
- Dial-up into Customer's network to diagnose problems.
- Perform remedial actions to correct problems in the software. Digisoft reserves the right to include non-critical remedial actions in forthcoming releases.
- Preservation and confidentiality of customer's system data.
Additional Information

The Plan does not include project/script creation, design or development services as part of technical support.

Digisoft has the right to terminate the Plan at any time if it, in its sole discretion, determines that Customer does not qualify for this Plan. If the Plan is terminated in this manner, Digisoft shall refund the prorated amount of any paid balance.

Digisoft supports versions 4.1 and up, but provides maintenance only for the current released version of Telescript.

Maintenance does not apply to new products or modules not yet offered by Digisoft (e.g. web products). It applies only to the products and modules you purchased.
Client Responsibilities

Purchase a modem or provide Internet access and make available a copy of PC Anywhere or GotoMyPC or remote XP software for Digisoft's remote access.

Maintain a valid software license and the requisite level of expertise in Telescript through an initial training and ongoing training of new personnel. If trained personnel leave, it is the Customer's obligation to obtain training for their replacement.
